Information & Booking Policy

Before booking your stay at Chareena Resorts, please take the time to read the following information:

Free WIFI is offered throughout our resort for all our guests however the WIFI signal is not always of good quality due to the location of the hotel. If you are working online, we recommend having a personal cellular internet access to avoid interruption of reception.

Due to its location and the stairs to reach the rooms, our resort is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.

As our resort is on a cliff, if you are travelling with young children they have to be under parent supervision at all times. Parents are responsible for supervising their child. The resort will not take any responsibility.

Our restaurant is halal and does not serve or allow any alcohol, although guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages from outside to their rooms. No alcohol sold in the resort.

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in the resort is allowed in open-air areas and ond your private balcony.

Pets are not allowed.

We arrange a free shuttle from Koh Lipe Pier to Chareena Resorts. Our staff will also help you with your luggage. *As the boats arrive in different locations at different times and as our hotel has only one vehicle, it is possible that, on some days, the waiting time for the transfer may be a bit long. **If you do not wish to wait, it is possible to take a taxi. Taxis are waiting for travelers at all the piers. The fare to Chareena Resorts is a fixed price of 50 baht per person (including luggage). ***During the journey to the hotel, please keep your values, unzipped bags and delicate items with you. Chareena Hill – Beach Resort will not be held responsible for any damage.

Booking Policy

Full payment by credit card through PayPal or bank transfer is required to secure your booking.

All prices are in Thai Baht.

Check-in / Check-out :
Check in time : from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Check out time : from 7.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
Early check-in is subject to availability.

Day-use & Late check-out :
Late check out is charged 300 THB per hour. A full night will be charged if check out after 2.00 p.m.

Children Policy
Children 0-3 years of age will not be charged for stay and sharing bed with parent. : Free of charge (FOC).
– Children 4-9 years old, stay and sharing bed with parent. : 300 THB/night for breakfast.
– Baby cot : 300 THB/night upon requested.

Extra mattress
– Extra mattress for guests between 4 and 10 years old is charged 500 THB/night
– Extra mattress for guests over 10 years old is charged 1,000 THB/night
– Guests older than 10 years old are subject to the full adult fare.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes must be made in writing (e.g. email). We do not accept cancellations or reservation changes by telephone or in person.

PEAK SEASON (Dec 21, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027 / Apr 11-17, 2027)
If the booking is canceled 30 days or more before arrival free of charge.
If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before arrival or in case of
non-arrival on the day (no-show)
the full amount of the booking will be charged.

HIGH SEASON (Oct 01 – Dec 20, 2026 / Mar 01 – Apr 10, 2027 & Apr 18 – May 31, 2027)
If the booking is canceled 14 days or more before arrival free of charge
If the booking is canceled less than 14 days before arrival or in case of non-arrival on the day (no-show)
the full amount of the booking will be charged.

LOW SEASON (Jun 01 – Sep 30, 2026)
If the booking is canceled 7 days or more before arrival free of charge
If the booking is canceled less than 7 days before arrival or in case of non-arrival on the day (no-show) the full amount of the booking will be charged.

No-show & Early check-out
Unused room are not refundable for no-show & early departure.

Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refund process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 – 45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
